Viviana Paz joined Capital & Trust Consulting Group in 2024 as Director of Business Development for Latin America, with the mission of driving strategic growth and expanding our presence across the region. With more than 12 years of experience in commercial strategy, client relations, and international trade, Viviana brings a deep understanding of Latin American markets and a forward-thinking approach to business development.

Throughout her career, she has held key roles across diverse industries, consistently building strong relationships with clients and strategic partners. Her ability to navigate complex markets with innovation and cultural intelligence positions her as a pivotal leader in crafting tailored solutions for our clients across Latin America.

Viviana holds a degree in Commercial Engineering, complemented by a Diploma in Foreign Trade, which bridges her academic background with her practical business expertise. A passionate advocate for sustainable development and corporate social responsibility, Viviana’s values are deeply aligned with the mission of Capital & Trust Consulting Group.

Based in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, Viviana lives with her husband and children and remains active in the professional community as a member of the American Chamber of Commerce of Bolivia (AMCHAM) and the Society for Responsible Business Evolution (SEER). Through these organizations, she contributes to initiatives that promote sustainability, ethical leadership, and inclusive entrepreneurship.
