Cristian Leirós is the visionary founder and Chief Executive Officer of Capital & Trust Consulting Group, where he leads with integrity, expertise, and a global mindset. He brings over 15 years of experience in banking and financial consulting, and is known for turning complex financial structures into practical, client-focused solutions.

Before founding Capital & Trust, Cristian served as a Senior Business Consultant at FISERV, a Fortune 500 company, and spent eight years at Mercantil Commercebank, N.A., where he advised high-value domestic and international private clients. As an International Corporate Officer, he managed key LATAM portfolios, maintaining strong business relationships with major players such as Cargill, Banco Cargill, Bunge, Braskem, and Volvo do Brasil. He also held responsibilities within the Venezuelan Oil & Gas Loan Portfolio, gaining in-depth knowledge in areas such as Accounts Receivables Financing, Purchase Order Financing, and Supply Chain Financing.

Cristian’s banking journey began humbly as a teller at Washington Mutual (WaMu)—a foundation that taught him the value of precision, service, and human connection in finance.

He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on International Business from Florida International University. A trilingual professional, Cristian is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Based in Miami, he enjoys family life with his wife and daughters. He is an active member of the FIU Alumni Mentor Program, Miami Dade College Alumni Association, and regularly supports Goodwill Miami, Habitat for Humanity, Liga Contra el Cáncer, and March of Dimes.
