Marija joined Capital & Trust Consulting Group in 2023 and quickly became a driving force behind the firm’s commitment to service excellence. Her attention to detail, organizational leadership, and people-first mindset have helped establish key internal policies and processes that now form the foundation of our Human Resources operations.

A champion of structure and support, Marija ensures that both our clients and internal team experience the consistency and care that define our brand.

Beyond her work at Capital & Trust, Marija has shown a deep commitment to professional growth and leadership development. She was selected to participate in the ATD South Florida Mentorship Program, where she trained under experienced HR Development professionals. She also contributed to the Barry University Student Management Investment Fund (SMIF), gaining practical knowledge in informed investment decision-making.

Marija further expanded her leadership toolkit by completing the Women in Leadership Development Certificate Program at Barry University—a transformative experience that strengthened her voice as a leader and deepened her understanding of the challenges women face in professional settings today.

She holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Barry University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Coastal Carolina University.

A former collegiate volleyball athlete, Marija brings the same spirit of collaboration, discipline, and dedication to her role at Capital & Trust. Her ability to lead with empathy and clarity makes her a trusted point of connection within our team and with the clients we serve.
