Milena Leirós leads the Real Estate and Finance Division at Capital & Trust Consulting Group, where she combines deep market insight with a client-first approach. Based in Florida, she has held her real estate license since 2014 and has successfully represented buyers, sellers, and developers in high-impact real estate transactions—particularly in Miami’s dynamic pre-construction market.

Milena’s expertise extends to managing income-producing properties and advising international investors on return analysis and market entry strategies. As head of our Finance Division, she also guides clients through banking and investment solutions tailored to their unique goals.

Before joining Capital & Trust, Milena spent four years at a boutique Registered Investment Advisor firm, working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals. There, she specialized in estate planning, investment strategy, and customized financial roadmaps—leveraging a fee-based model supported by detailed cash flow and net worth analysis.

Her earlier career includes roles at Fortune 500 companies and a leading private equity firm in Miami, where she focused on business development and strategic partnerships.

Milena holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Barry University and an MBA in Finance. A proud student-athlete, she earned full scholarships at Auburn University and Barry University as a volleyball player—an experience that shaped her discipline, resilience, and leadership.

Fluent in Serbian, Spanish, and English, Milena brings a truly international perspective to her work.
She currently lives in Miami with her husband and daughters, and remains active in her community as a member of the Barry University Alumni Association and the Barry University Athletics Alumni Network. She regularly supports United Way of Miami-Dade and participates in local volunteer efforts.
